Ordering

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders are created in house and ready to ship in 3-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak shopping seasons, processing time can be extended up to 1-2 weeks. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will alert visitors via the website. 

CAN I CANCEL?

Yes, but orders can only be cancelled within 60 minutes from when you placed your order.

WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY PERSONALIZED ITEM?

Proofs are not sent for personalized items.* Please make sure the name you are requesting is spelled correctly when entered.

Names will be entered EXACTLY as you type them. If you enter a name in all lowercase, that is exactly how we will enter it on the design. Please triple check your personalization before submitting. We do not return or exchange customized items due to customer error.

*If you would like to receive a proof, please leave a note at checkout. Just note that this will add an extra 1-2 business days to your order processing time and you are only allowed 2 changes. Additional change requests will incur additional fees that will be invoiced before proceeding.

WHAT IF I SPELL SOMETHING WRONG?

Please make sure the spelling is correct when you place your order. We do not return or exchange customized items due to customer error.

If we make a spelling mistake on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Shipping

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Standard shipping methods include USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. The service we use will depend on the size of your order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is $7.95. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 within the US.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?

3-5 days processing plus 2-7 days transit time totaling 5-12 business days. Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and do not include holidays and weekends. Please expect longer transit times during the holiday season.

Please be aware shipping carriers have experienced unprecedented volume and with that there is the possibility of unexpected and long delays. Unfortunately, we do not have control over carrier transit times, and once the package has left our hands, we are limited in what we can do to expedite the package.

IS THERE EXPEDITED SHIPPING AVAILABLE?

Our fastest shipping option is USPS Priority mail. We do not offer overnight or next day delivery at this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No, we only ship to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S. or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order has been fulfilled containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of processing.

Payment

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards in our secure check out. We also offer ShopPay and Paypal.

Returns

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING?

Due to the handmade/custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order and we will make it right. 

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEM?

No, we do not accept returns on personalized or custom products.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item was damaged in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim. 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Sometimes packages can take up to 21 business days to be delivered. If you have still not received your package after that time, please contact us and we will try to find the shipment. If your shipment can’t be found, we will send a replacement.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you receive the wrong items, or if there are any issues with your order, please contact us with 2 days of receipt, and we will be happy to fix the situation.
