Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Rett & Company! The following outlines our shipping policies. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are created in house and ready to ship in 2-4 full business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and alert visitors via the website. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All of our items are shipped from us in Nebraska to you via the USPS.

Our rates are as follows:

  • $6.00 flat rate shipping for items $20 or less.
  • $9.95 flat rate shipping for items $20.01 - $49.99
  • Complimentary shipping on all domestic US orders over $50
  • Complimentary local delivery will be an option if you live within the local delivery area.

Occasionally, you will have to use the drop-down menu to select a shipping option. If you are being charged for shipping but are over $50 (pre-tax) please use the drop down to view and choose additional options including the complimentary shipping.

*Subscription boxes have their own set of shipping rules as outlined when purchasing. Please carry out a separate checkout for just your subscription box. Subscription boxes do not count towards free shipping on general purchases. 

Estimated Delivery Time = 2-4 days processing plus 2-5 days transit time totaling 4-9 business days. Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and do not include holidays and weekends.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please be aware shipping carriers have experienced unprecedented volume and with that there is the possibility of unexpected and long delays. Unfortunately, we do not have control over carrier transit times, and once the package has left our hands, we are limited in what we can do to expedite the package.

We do not offer overnight or next day delivery at this time.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship outside the U.S. or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after your order has been fulfilled. When your order ships, we will send another email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of processing.

Damages

Rett & Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping by the carrier. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so a proper claim can be filed.
