Refund policy

Our main interest is making sure you are happy. If you are reviewing our refund/return policy, the odds are you purchased something from us and that makes us extremely happy. Never fear, we do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience and that includes correcting any hiccups along the way. 

Due to the handmade/custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your order and we will make it right. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item was damaged in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so a proper claim can be filed.  

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. These are considered final sales.
