Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. The cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are electing to receive repeat deliveries. Your payment details will be stored securely and you authorize us to charge your designated payment method automatically on the 1st of each month as a recurring payment. You are responsible for maintaining a valid and up-to-date payment method. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your membership account or by contacting us.

If your payment method becomes invalid or disconnected due to technical issues, you are responsible for promptly updating your payment details using the membership link provided in your email. Failure to do so may lead to a suspension or cancellation of your subscription. We are not responsible for any errors, service disruptions, or unexpected issues (such as payment method removal) caused by third-party providers. If a payment fails due to an invalid method, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until updated payment information is received.

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so any time. We have a 14 day cancellation policy for our subscriptions.  If it is within 14 days of your payment draft date (the 2nd-15th of any month) your cancellation won’t take effect until the following month. We will not offer refunds for cancellations carried out the 2nd-15th of each month because your box is already created and in the process of being shipped.
