What am I signing up for?

This is for a subscription to The Full Edit – an earring subscription box. As a subscriber, each box holds a significant savings over retail price while continuing to use high quality materials. All earrings are final sale as they have been created just for subscribers in addition to hygiene standards.

When can I expect my earrings? 

Your initial payment will be drafted the day you sign up. Each recurring payment is drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will ship by the 15th of each month, usually earlier! Please see below for example scenarios. 

Example 1: Becca signs up for The Full Edit on January 1st. She is billed that day. Her box ships by January 15th arriving shortly thereafter. Her next recurring payment is February 1st for the February box. 

Example 2: Amy signs up for The Full Edit on January 9th. She is billed that day & her first box will be the February box because she signed up after the 1st of the month. Her box ships by February 15th arriving shortly thereafter. Her first recurring payment will be March 1st for the March box.

I just saw the earrings in The Full Edit and realize I should have signed up. Can I do a single order?

If we have any earrings remaining, we will announce that via email and on our social media. They will be normal pricing. Please be sure to sign up for our email list and follow @rettandco on your favorite socials so you don’t miss the announcement.

Can I cancel anytime?

We know you are going to love your earrings! However, if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so. We have a 14 day cancellation policy for our subscriptions.  If it is within 14 days of your payment draft date (the 2nd-15th of any month) your cancellation won’t take effect until the following month. We will not offer refunds for cancellations carried out the 2nd-15th of each month because your box is already created and in the process of being shipped.
