What Makes The Earring Edit Different?

This isn’t leftover inventory or discounted designs. Our subscription pieces are made using premier-grade woods, specialty acrylics and/or real leather goods. All of our earring metals and wires are surgical grade stainless steel and/or PVD coated stainless steel making them hypoallergenic for most people, tarnish-resistant, and built to last.

Our everyday earrings continue to use surgical grade stainless steel and remain sustainably made using our nesting process to reduce waste - while the subscription allows us to work with our very best materials.

FAQs

When can I expect my earrings?

Your initial payment will be drafted the day you sign up. Each recurring payment is drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will ship by the 15th of each month, usually earlier! Please see below for example scenarios.

Example 1: Becca signs up for The Trio Box on January 1st. She is billed that day. Her box ships by January 15th arriving shortly thereafter. Her next recurring payment is February 1st for the February box.

Example 2: Amy signs up for The Trio Box on January 9th. She is billed that day & her first box will be the February box because she signed up after the 1st of the month. Her box ships by February 15th arriving shortly thereafter. Her first recurring payment will be March 1st for the March box.

Can I manage/cancel my subscription?

We know you are going to love your earrings! However, if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so. We have a 14 day cancellation policy for our subscriptions.  If it is within 14 days of your payment draft date (the 2nd-15th of any month) your cancellation won’t take effect until the following month. We will not offer refunds for cancellations carried out the 2nd-15th of each month because your box is already created and in the process of being shipped. How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method, contact info and address within your customer portal.
